Key responsibilities amp; Duties
- Responsible for developing construction programmes for site teams both houses and apartments.
- Assist with developing programmes for pre-construction and all project phases.
- Update and track construction project programmes in a weekly basis.
- Conduct site visits to attend weekly meetings and give support to Project Managers in terms of program timelines, weekly reports, and monthly targets.
- Conduct S curves reports and subcontractors risk analysis.
- Produce and updated trackers, reports, and progress updates in conjunction with the Project Team
- Provide accurate programme position information to the Program Manager.
- Ensure role is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality.
- Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Background in residential (House or Apartments) construction is desirable.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Project and Excel is required, experience using ASTA (Powerproject) is desirable.
- A full valid driver’s license.
