Location: Hybrid in Dublin (expectation to visit our office)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to support our dynamic team at Kubicle. As a Motion
Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role, working with SMEs and the production team to
create engaging visual content that communicates complex ideas and concepts in the realm of
data literacy and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively parse and review course scripts to enhance and support visuals.
Strategically plan and implement motion graphics content in alignment with our
internal standards and schedules.
Communicate effectively and collaborate closely with production stakeholders
throughout the production cycle via internal communication channels, maintaining
alignment with project goals.
Seek out and propose production efficiency gains and technology improvements.
Proactively respond to internal constructive criticism, addressing root causes of
identified issues.
Maintain an organized file system and storage in accordance with our team
guidelines.
Uphold our design scheme to align with Kubicle's brand guidelines.
Your Skills
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, with a
comprehensive understanding of the entire Adobe Suite and their respective
functions.
Demonstrate the ability to create and modify production templates at a basic level,
including AE scripting, and the creation of MOGRT templates.
Exhibit strong skills in 2D motion design, as evidenced by your portfolio. While not
required, 3D skills are a welcomed asset.
Apply your knowledge of industry-standard production processes, including a deep
familiarity with industry-standard plug-ins and workflows.
Quickly grasp technical concepts at a high level and translate them into supporting
visuals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
demonstrating your skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and
Illustrator.
Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling software is advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Previous experience working in the eLearning industry is a plus
