The Opportunity
This is a newly created position. The EDI Specialist will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of a Global EDI Strategy and subsequent action plans. The EDI Specialist will work with stakeholders across the organisation to drive an ambitious, integrated approach to EDI across the organisation..
The Equity Diversity and Inclusion Strategy project was established to respond to our vision that Trócaire is a truly inclusive and equitable organisation, where our belief in the dignity, rights and agency of every human being is lived out in our everyday lives, and where our staff, leadership and governance structures reflect the diversity of the people in the contexts in which we work.

The role will ultimately report to the Director of People and Culture, and will report to the Head of Human Resources on an interim basis.The job opportunity will be offered on a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract and can be based in the Island of Ireland[1]. The salary range for this role is 55,000 - 60,000.
