Part-time / Contract role
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Lead Generation
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate qualified meetings for Senior Sales individuals.
- Making high volumes of phone calls on a daily basis to generate new leads and potential customers.
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Own and manage your prospects pipeline, working with Line Manager and sales teams to set ongoing priorities and achievement of same
- Provide engaging and articulate information about Taxback International’s value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM platform.
- Prospecting and contacting leads in Enterprise sized companies with the aim of promoting our product offering and securing meetings.
- Verifying information and cultivating relationships for your region.
2. Communication
- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone and webinars.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
3. Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong knowledge of TBI’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Understand how the benefits of TBI’s products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals.
Requirements
The skills that you have:
- Two plus years’ experience in a comparable role is an advantage.
- Experience of B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement.
- Salesforce experience advantageous
- Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
- A strong communicator with a clear friendly phone voice.
- Fluent English amp; preferable another language.
- Confident, enthusiastic and energetic with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet and exceed KPIs goals and targets.
- Can do attitude critical to success.
