Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Deputy Head of International Markets to join Europe's largest airline group.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the International Markets Communications team and take a lead role in driving the International Markets team with responsible for planning and managing PR, Events, Interviews, Media Agencies, Market Intel, Reporting and Communications Packs (presentations/briefing notes) for senior management.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the complete communications outputs for multiple markets, leading a team of Communications professionals with hands-on access to country spokespersons.

Responsibilities
- Draft comms schedule (Media Interviews, Press Releases, Press Conferences) with the country spokesperson for each market.
- Manage amp; maintain high-quality briefing notes that reflect up-to-date business info.
- Draft PowerPoint decks and Press Releases for press conferences
- Ensure all comms outputs align with business priorities
- Work with key stakeholders (HR, Commercial, Legal, etc.) to ensure accurate comms and briefing notes
- Manage delivery schedule of comms packs to snr mgt. in a timeline manner
- Ensure high-quality outputs in terms of talking points and business alignment
- Ensure high-quality grammar, spelling and information accuracy.
- Manage events scheduling and logistics for all market events
- Manage day-to-day operations and team performance
- Ensure we are getting mass coverage in Tier 1 media in core markets
- Expand our media coverage into radio and TV not just print media
- Issue daily media reports on key issues in Tier 1 media in core markets
- Travel with Senior Management to ensure events and Press Conferences run smoothly
- Support the Head of International Communications in delivering a high-performing team
Requirements

- Fluent in English, another language, an advantage
- Airline experience is not a requirement for this role.
