We are seeking a HR and Training Administrator to join our HR team who cover both Longford and Kilbeggan sites.
We are offering a 1 year Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave.

Recruitment
- Take responsibility for onboarding of staff including but not limited to completion of references, ensuring eligibility to work in Ireland, contracts, delivery of induction training, uploading files to HRIS system, completion of personnel and training files
- To inform Finance of details of new employees together with all relevant information, relevant pay rates, hours of work and bank account details and department
- Managing permit applications and all required to set up employees arriving from overseas including PPS appointments, bank appointments, GNIB appointments and new arrival assistance
Employee Relations
- Maintain good employee relations and act as first line for inquiries to HR department
- Assist as required in investigations of any nature that may arise including collection of relevant documentation, note-taking in meetings and dictation, progressing to leading investigations
- To administer staff resignations, exit interviews, redundancies or dismissals ensuring that all cessation monies are paid, and relevant documentation forwarded to employees and ensuring compliance with notice periods etc.
Audit
- Carry out regular internal audits of HR and training documentation, etc, to ensure compliance with company, customer and local law requirements
- Assist HR Manager in external audits and visits
Files
- Ensuring all filing is kept up to date between HR and Training departments; in relevant language and co-ordinating translations where necessary
Health and Wellness
- Assist HR Manager in delivering Health and Wellness initiatives on site
Training
- Co-ordinate induction training, documentation and translators where necessary
- Report to management team on progress of inductions
- Complete full induction pack with employees
- Co-ordinate on delivery of manual handling and other necessary training and re-training
- Co-ordinate with relevant colleagues on issuing of PPE to new starters
- Facilitate site tour and introductions to supervisor
- Manage issuing of relevant training documentation and follow up on completion
- Keep training records updated, and remove all leavers in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must have experience within HR Administration
- Can be a Graduate with a HR understanding and/or Studying towards CPP or CIPD - working towards an HR qualification
- Must always be discreet and confidential
- Must have excellent communication skills to manage HR issues and deliver training
- Must have excellent spoken and written English fluent in Polish or Portuguese advantageous
- Must have own transport as two sites to be covered Ballymahon and Kilbeggan
- Ability to develop strong business relationships
- Train the Trainer qualification desirable but not essential
