Job Description

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance (PAM) Ireland Ltd is Ryanair’s first heavy maintenance facility in Ireland. Established in 2022 the company supports the maintenance of Ryanair's growing Boeing 737 NG and MAX fleet and is located in a 3-bay hangar in Shannon, Co. Clare. The facility employs highly skilled aircraft engineers, mechanics, and support staff.

PAM Ireland is currently recruiting a Stores Supervisor to join our team. This position reports to the Materials and Stores Manager and is responsible for the Shannon stores team.

  • Provide direction, leadership, and support to the Stores team.
  • Ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with EASA requirements.
  • Responsible for all stock movements in and out of stores both physically and on the engineering computer system.
  • The control of commercial goods requirements.
  • Ensuring all requirements are actioned and that the costs of the various services provided are controlled and kept to minimum.
  • Overseeing the control of all material transactions on our AMOS system.
  • Responsible for the control shelf life items.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the store, ensuring procedures are monitored and enforced.
  • Conduct audits with PAM/RYR/IAA and liaise with the applicable manger to rectify any NCR’s that occur.
  • Supervision of all day to day activities involved in the smooth running of the Ryanair Stores at PAM.
  • Ensuring the efficient control of all aspects of the stores, and all activities related to the movement of parts through Stores.
  • Responsible for controlling the stores roster, leave, OT, attendance and ensuring adequate staffing levels are available to support the business at all times.
  • Required to keep updated driver measure board and KPI’s
  • Responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring tasks are completed to sufficient standard
  • Responsible for ensuring all staff training and PAC’s are controlled.
  • Ensure that all Company policies, procedures, and standards in the areas of Quality, Safety and Human Resources are followed by the Materials team.
  • Overseeing and control of aircraft shortages and Station Parts Alert (SPA) to time, cost and delivery schedule and ensuring all component movements are accurately recorded on AMOS and internal Computer Systems
  • Constant communications with Vendors and stake holders to achieve required results.
  • Ensure that all Company policies, procedures, and standards in the areas of Quality, Safety and Human Resources are followed by the Stores team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years supply chain experience, with experience working within an engineering stores environment.
  • Previous experience working within a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to work on your own initiative and manage time effectively. Capable of prioritising a demanding workload to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a team to their full potential.
  • Have a proven record of making and maintaining customer relations at all levels.
  • Knowledge of AMOS desirable.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes of Dangerous Goods by air, sea and road.
  • Knowledge of aviation and general aviation processes.

Monday Friday 40 hours per week.
