The Learning Analyst is responsible for planning, tracking and evaluating learning programs to enhance the professional development of employees and align with Glenveagh's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities amp; Duties

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, curriculum, and training solutions to drive continuous improvements
  • Monitor and report on Learning and Development (Lamp;D) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess impacts
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and relevant standards
  • Provide technical and advanced functional support for core learning tools
  • Create, upload, organise, and update learning content on authoring tool, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Configure and maintain the structure of and quality of courses, modules, and learning paths
  • Support the maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other Learning amp; Performance tools
  • Ensure set standards, controls and approvals in place for presentations, training, programmes and training providers
  • Develop and distribute reports on LMS and power BI for leaders to assess training and development data
  • Enhance processes for collecting, aggregating, and distributing Lamp;D data in line with Group, CIRI, CSRD reporting requirements
  • Meet monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines and ensure collaboration with stakeholders to achieve timelines
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements

  • Significant experience in an analyst role previously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced reporting skills
  • Advanced MS Excel, PP, Power BI, SharePoint, Planner
  • Knowledge of Lamp;D/HR systems and authoring tools. ( Learning Management Systems, Performance Management systems, Articulate, or equivalent
  • Desirable - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Lamp;D, HR)
  • Proven experience in learning and development, data analysis, and program evaluation desirable
