About The Role

As a Training Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of training to our schools through a variety of mediums, including but not limited to; video calls, webinars, face-to-face, and classroom-based training.

You will also:

Training

  • Maintain all existing training collateral including but not limited to training scripts, guides and videos
  • Work with the product team to ensure the timely development of training collateral for new features and functionality
  • Encourage satisfied customers to make referrals to peer schools
  • Identify opportunities to sell customer schools additional modules
  • Ensure you maintain comprehensive knowledge and confidence across our product suite

Operational

  • Communicate closely with the Customer Success Manager on training availability and capacity
  • Manage the training diary, booking in training for new and existing customers
  • Closely collaborate with the Support Team to proactively identify training requirements for existing customers
  • Ad-Hoc tasks as directed by your manager

  • A true passion for putting the customer first
  • Confidence in public speaking
  • Strong written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to think creatively
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously but also work well within a team environment
  • Experience in schools is preferred but not mandatory
