Job Description

Our Graduate Programme is a one-year programme that will equip you with the tools needed to have a successful career at Glenveagh Properties. From day one you will gain the real hands-on experience on cutting edge projects while being supported and nurtured by our expert management teams. We are currently accepting applications for our 2024 Graduate programme, which commences in September 2024.

You start your career with an induction designed to give you a dynamic and informative experience. We offer Graduates the opportunity to be involved in roles at all stages of our prestigious projects.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.

The Graduate Design co-ordinator will work within the design department assisting the team with various design co-ordination actions of various projects across the portfolio. Duties will include taking minutes, tracking design progress schedules, using the BIM models to extract information and liaise with various design team members in aiding the general design co-ordination process.

Key responsibilities and Duties

  • Update the various progress and tracking schedules to ensure alignment with the overall design programmes
  • Assist BIM manager in running clash detection / BIM co-ordination exercises
  • Assist BIM manager in collaborative workshops with consultants
  • Assist Design managers on various projects
  • Attend design team meetings
  • Assist with administrative duties from time to time
  • Attend various seminars and courses to progress

Requirements

  • You hold or be working towards a Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Architecture, BIM or Engineering
  • You must have the ability to use initiative and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work as part of a team is essential
  • Good IT skills are also required
  • Revit and BIM 360 knowledge
