Position: Service Driver
Location: Co. Cork
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 25,250 per annum + 125 monthly allowance
Requirements
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
Customer service
Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional and appropriate manner.
Provide various members of the service management team with details of customer service requests and other related information to ensure customer service expectations are achieved
Ensure all stock and services supplied to the customer are suitable and appropriate.
Always deliver the customers' promise.
Promptly respond to customer complaints.
Decision making
Identify sub-standard customer service and products, delinquent calls and report deficiencies to the line manager and service admin team.
Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements and delinquent calls.
Report service deficiencies to the line manager where relevant.
Report all vehicle defects to the service team leader immediately.
Report all accidents and incidents to the service team leader immediately.
Work processes
Adhere to company Health Safety and Environmental policies and obligations.
Complete all documentation and fleet management processes for vehicles.
Complete all service delivery documentation using POD or hard copy paperwork
Adopt driver best practices.
Ensure the Service track system on your phone is used at all times and report any faults to the line manager and service admin team immediately.
Ensure all customer service stock is loaded and unloaded correctly for each trip.
The company vehicle must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Communications
Provide feedback to the line manager
Support and communicate business requirements to customers as required.
Organising
Ensure that all service deliveries are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
Personal standards
Complete all tasks as directed by your line manager.
Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
Ensure the customers’ expectations are always met or exceeded.
Ensure personal hygiene standards and appearance are maintained and all customer service visits
are carried out in a professional and polite manner.
Company resources
Check supporting documentation received at the service centre, notifying the line manager of any discrepancies.
Check customer stock requirements for deliveries and assists regular stock counts of stocks on vehicles.
