Sales Internship with a Global Leader in Sports Fashion

This is a 6-month placement for university students who want experience in Sales.

With sports playing an increasingly important role in more and more people’s lives, both on and off the field of play, we operate in a highly attractive industry. Based on our deep understanding of our consumers and the authenticity of our brand, we push the boundaries of products, experiences, and services.

An internship with us provides you with a unique opportunity to apply what you have learned at university, use your knowledge in practice and live your passion for sports.

Support the team in management of the branded space, through reporting and activation alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital acceleration: Support the team in regular digital store checks and provide updates to the business.
• GTM Preparation: Align with the Sales team on prepping for Key Quarterly GTM meetings across Footwear, Apparel and Accessories
• Sample management: Own the sample process and support the team through key milestones GTM meetings, and alignment with Brand Activation team on key launch campaigns.
• Manage the diverse trackers in collaboration with Account Operations, Brand Activation, CtC and Sales.
• Sell through monitoring and actions on the geo level.
• Market Knowledge: work with Sales teams on current market trends and research key players in the Lifestyle channel across Europe.
• Collaborate cross-functional supporting the overall business.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising or similar
• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential
• Proactive and resourceful in managing projects
• Eye for detail
• Feeling for numbers
• Affinity with sports and product
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (focus on PowerPoint and Excel)
• Fluent in English
