Internal PR Communications Manager

Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Internal PR and Communications Manager to join Europe's largest airline group.

The purpose of this position is to assist the Marketing department to keep track of relevant internal comms, market intelligence and insights, ensure seamless communication across departments. The successful candidate will be hard working, energetic and self-motivated with a natural ability to work in a high paced environment. The role reports to the Head of Sales, Marketing amp; International Comms and works closely with all the Sales amp; Marketing team and the Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and deliver daily Market Intelligence to Senior Management
• Keep track of key Market Intelligence
• Keep relations across departments to gather relevant biz updates
• Schedule monthly team updates across markets
• Keep briefing docs and cheat sheets up to date across markets
• Gather and circulate Key Talking Points ahead of any PC/PR/event
• Deliver presentations and One Pagers with Current Developments/Issues across markets
• Constantly renew and improve presentation/briefing templates
• Work closely and in support of the Planning, Event and Press Office team
• Deliver an internal Digital Intel Hub

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Comms/Internal Comms Management
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Comms/PR or similar field
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to present to a variety of audiences
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
• Ad-hoc travel may be required
