Retail Franchise Internship at Leading Sports Fashion Brand

This is a 6 month placement for university students who want experience in Retail Franchise.

JOIN OUR RETAIL FRANCHISE TEAM

Franchise channel operates with ~300 concept stores across 24 different countries, in diverse amp; dynamic team both in HQ amp; local clusters. We are transforming our business model to elevate our fleet on par with our Retail doors, by driving a better adidas brand experience, improve the service to consumers and enable omnichannel tools amp; membership; by 2025 we want Franchise to drive more than 30% of the entire DTC traffic and retail revenues.

YOUR TASKS:

• Support Franchise Europe team with a focus on store operations; assist on tracking in all different projects status
• Support the team in implementing standardized tool amp; data base to improve reporting and processes, with ongoing drive for improvement amp; simplification/harmonization. Develop an easy-to-use tracking system to show overall progress including competition and gamification elements
• Establish an overview of prioritized training modules for store operations for franchise partners at each of the adidas Zone level amp; respective calendar for implementation
• Prepare presentations, reports and analysis
• Collaborate with other Global, Market amp; local teams on ad hoc requests
• Communicate key deliverables, track progress, support needed for your project(s).

Requirements

• Student of business administration, sport management or international Business or similar
• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between bachelor's and master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Business Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Excel and Power Point)
• Strong communication amp; analytical skills
• Team player who enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment
• Flexibility and spirit of adaptation
• Result orientation and ability to accept and meet critical deadline
