This is a 6 month placement for university students who want experience in Retail Expansion.

JOIN OUR RETAIL EXPANSION TEAM
The Expansion Team of Retail Europe is taking care of our DTC (Direct to Consumer) store rollout. This covers both, Retail and Franchise, and beyond our full price formats also Factory Outlets. Besides opening new stores incl. site selection, lease negotiations, store design, and construction project management, we also pro-actively manage our portfolio of our existing stores and make sure the overall fleet of stores is in best shape.
YOUR TASKS:
- Support the managers across the Expansion Team with the implementation and execution of projects linked to area of responsibility
- Management and maintenance of lease administration database
- Support and at some stage drive specific PO (purchase order) processes related to either Store Development or Real Estate
- Support real estate managers in administrative topics, focus on rent payments
Requirements
- Student of business administration, geography, architecture, international Business or similar
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Fluency in English (written amp; spoken), German is a benefit
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel amp; PowerPoint)
- Strong communication amp; analytical skills
