Job Description

Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.

Investor Relations is responsible for overseeing the Group’s relationships with external stakeholders such as shareholders, potential investors, analysts and the Group’s main advisors. The Investor Relations Graduate will work closely with the Head of IR amp; Corporate Affairs to support and assist in this role.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Assist in the preparation of IR materials including, but not limited to, results statements, investor presentations, and regulatory announcements
  • Compile and analyse consensus expectations for Glenveagh’s key financial metrics
  • Conduct analysis of our peers in Ireland, UK, Europe and US in terms of business model, strategy, margins, costs, returns, dividends, targets, valuation
  • Assist in any inbound investor relations queries
  • Analyse the share register on a regular basis
  • Support in the preparation of internal Investor Relations presentation packs that are provided to CEO/CFO on a weekly basis and additionally to the Board as part of monthly Board Pack
  • Liaise with all parts of the business to ensure Investor Presentation materials reflect the latest initiatives in the business
  • Support as appropriate across the rest of the IR amp; Corporate Affairs department including internal comms, external comms and corporate affairs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,Business or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization
  • Team player
