We are seeking to recruit for the 2024 Communications amp; Marketing Graduate Programme based at our Head Office in Clonee, Co. Meath for the first 12 months, and then at our Kepak Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin location.

The Programme:
Our Communications amp; Marketing Graduate programme is to help us to develop our Marketing leaders of the future, and allows dynamic, motivated, hardworking, and passionate Graduates an opportunity to start their career with one of Ireland amp; UKs leading meat businesses. You will spend the first 12 months of your programme with our Corporate Communications team before spending the second 12 months rotating through 3 areas of Marketing (Consumer Foods, Foodservice, Meat amp; Category). The programme lasts 2 years and leads successful graduates onto potential career opportunities within the business.
You can expect:
- To be fully immersed into our Culture from day 1, working alongside key industry experts and Kepak leaders
- Learn the art of copywriting and how to produce engaging communications for our internal and external audience
- Support the planning amp; delivery of both large and small scale events, across a variety of formats including both digital and live experiences
- Support the running of our Social Media channels to help engage and grow our followers
- Develop strong working relationships across all functions, supporting them in developing their communications
- Gain an in depth understanding of our brands and products, and our relationships with customers and consumers
- Learn to understand performance data initially, and then analyse and make recommendations in the team to improve commercial performance
- Support the development of new products, including new packaging designs amp; marketing campaigns. Build your knowledge of your customers to understand their lifestyle, so that you can tailor all marketing activity to their needs
- Support the development of strategies for our brands, and the planning future marketing activities to help realise the strategy
- To learn key aspects of our business, whilst you develop your skills and knowledge
- The opportunity to develop personally and professionally through exposure to key projects, tasks and development activities that challenge you, all supported by a detailed learner journey and training plan
- A dedicated mentor and development program to support you both on the programme and into a role that best fits your skills
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for hardworking and ambitious Graduates, who want to learn and grow in a challenging and fast paced environment, by performing real roles as part of your rotations.
You must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the programme to undertake development activities at any of our sites in the UK and Ireland.
We will consider undergraduates from all disciplines and backgrounds.
