Digital Performance Marketing Internship - World Leading Sportswear Brand

This is a 6 month placement for university students who want experience in Digital Performance Marketing.

The Digital Performance Marketing team is responsible for implementing effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels, across search engines, social, and display advertising and the exploration of opportunities that will expand, not only the business online, but also in some cases, offline marketing channels. They are a team of experts who depending on the task, either own, inform or co-create the execution pillars needed for us to reach our revenue and brand targets

YOUR TASKS:

• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities that will allow the team to derive conclusions for the growth and optimisation of digital activities
• Measure results of performance marketing activities. Utilize a reporting framework to evaluate dimensions such as awareness, engagement and purchasing behaviour.

• Support the optimisation of performance marketing channels and the gathering of insights about brand awareness and e-commerce performance.
• Prepare and share your findings with counterparts in the form of channel forecasts, business cases and postmortems.
• Help organise team meetings and prepare presentation materials

Requirements

• University Degree, with a focus on Business, e-commerce, or Marketing
• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor's and Master’s degree (Gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Basic experience with digital marketing in a brand environment.
• Good understanding of eCommerce and performance marketing tools and practices.
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Fluent in English both verbally and written
