Requirements
- Author requirements and user stories for product features, ensuring that stakeholder and market needs are met.
- Understand the end user and ensure customer needs are captured in the user stories (and use cases)
- Be a champion of user experience and define and execute user stories that ensure superior customer experience (both internal and external) when using feature/product.
- Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories; working with peer group and business SMEs to understand use cases, features, business amp; technical domain rules and overall product goals.
- Maintain the functional quality of the work being delivered by setting and evaluating expectations and acceptance criteria.
- Provide work direction and deliverable oversight to ensure tasks are completed with the required level of quality
- Ensure that prioritized solutions are delivered in a timely manner
- Collect and evaluate user and business requirements in collaboration with end user, stakeholders and IT team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements of complex software products at the heart of the company’s business
- Track and follow up on defects identified during UAT with IT team ensure all functions are meet the requirements.
- Collaborate with team members across different functional teams frequently to ensure clear communication is delivered to all stakeholders of the initiatives.
- Assist other product owners to deliver on our roadmap includes support strategic and digital initiatives, automation to streamline work process and improve customer experience
- Support the continued roll out of strategic and digital initiatives in TBI
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT or Business Management
- Strong knowledge/experience in agile development practices (especially Scrum and/or Kanban), methodologies and tools
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in accessing and analyzing data with tools such as SQL.
- Ability to understand and abstract complex systems from technical descriptions
- Ability to understand complex business and technical issues
- High level of business management and facilitation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking to get to the root of an issue. Includes problem-solving skills for large, complex and broad business issues.
- A capacity to accurately assess and understand the impact of change on the operating system and can prioritize the most important and valuable changes.
- Evaluating data and drawing conclusions related to the behaviour of customers.
- Excellent knowledge in business analysis
- Proficient in both spoken amp; written English.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Experience in VAT industry with understanding of VAT would be a significant advantage.
- Have experience working on integrations with partners would be an advantage.
