Role:
Are you passionate about beer, do you want to be a key player in ensuring consumers get the perfect pint of Diageo’s market-leading draught beer brands such as Guinness, Harp, Rockshore, Carlsberg, or Smithwick’s then this is the role for you. The primary focus of this CPM role is to maintain beer dispensing equipment across the Diageo account. We achieve this together through our collaborative commitment to understanding our client's needs and supporting them in excelling in their business results.
Comprehensive 4 weeks training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Completing dispense line hygiene procedure to a scheduled journey plan.
- Support our customers in resolving emergency calls.
- Be responsible for equipment and stock level accuracy.
- Asset Recording
- Reporting regarding Age of Beer and correct tagging of the product
- To build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support outlet refurbishments and system upgrades
- Move taps when required.
- The installation and withdrawal of dispensing equipment.
- Commitment to meeting performance targets on on-going bases.
- Share day-to-day learnings with the team.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of service are provided at all times.
Requirements
- Experience working in the on-trade sector would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous technical experience would be an advantage.
