Requirements

• Nursing Qualification and Registration with NMBI
• At least 3 years experience in a nursing management environment, specific to elderly care
• Post graduate management qualification
• Detailed knowledge if HIQA standards, regulations and the 'Health Act 2007'
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge and clinical nursing practice together with future trends in care of older persons
• Shows an understanding of current legislative policies pertinent to care of the older persons
