CPM Ireland is currently hiring Door to Door Charity Ambassadors on behalf of Dogs Trust.
Dogs Trust take in and rehome dogs from local authority dog pounds all over Ireland. This function is the core of Dogs Trust’s work in the Rehoming Centre in Dublin. Helping vulnerable dogs is their number one priority for Dogs Trust.

The Dogs Trust Ambassador job is a Door-to-Door Sales position which gives you a unique opportunity to be part a team dedicated to the support of the vital work of Dogs Trust all around Ireland.

About You
- Possesses passion for Dogs Trust and of course Its all about the dogs!
- Determined, inspiring, organized individual with an outgoing personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
- Can-do, positive, and competitive mindset along with collaborative working skills are second nature to you
- Professional with the ability to create trust through effective listening to individual Donors
- Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results for Dogs Trust
- Work on your own initiative and continually look for ways to improve performance
- Accountability for performance and personal ownership of corrective measures
- Fluent in English
The Primary Responsibilities For This Role Are
- Deliver donations by building rapport and trust with Donors
- Adhere to all compliance and GDPR standards
- Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to Donors at their home
- Effective journey planning
- Ensure expert knowledge of Dogs Trust
- Provide accurate, on time daily reports on activity and donations
Functional Responsibilities
- Represent CPM and Dogs Trust in a consistently professional manner
- Daily updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
- Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as requested by your line manager
Requirements
- Life experience to give you the empathy for the needs of our best friends the dogs
- Previous Door-to-Door experience desired, but not necessary
- Effective time management skills
- Unshakable interpersonal amp; communication skills.
