Skills and Abilities
Work with sales and marketing teams to support the implementation of innovative marketing strategies.
Create engaging marketing materials across various channels, including writing blog posts, designing social media posts and ads, developing email marketing campaigns, creating video content, and more.
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns from inception to execution. This includes scheduling, budget management, performance analysis, and optimisation of campaign results.
Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events. You'll handle logistics, liaise with vendors, oversee promotion, curate an engaging attendee experience, and track outcomes for future improvements.
Foster collaborations with various internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product development, engineering teams, and external organisations.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing and/or lead generation.
Proficiency in major marketing tools, social media platforms, and web analytics.
Experience or familiarity with graphic design tools is highly desired.
Proven track record of driving successful B2B marketing campaigns.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience working in a diverse, multi-generational, multi-cultural environment.
Strong time management and organisational skills, enough to keep a bustling Shannon office in check.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
