Our team is passionate about what we do, and we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join us in our mission.

Working as part of an enthusiastic and award-winning marketing team you will be responsible for the transition from external to internal social media management, along with the set up of some exciting new brands. The primary areas of focus for this role will be the development and implementation of a social strategy across a number of brands within our portfolio in both Irish and UK markets, including our award winning Rustlers brand. You will also be responsible for planning and developing social media campaigns, crafting compelling content across these brands.

You will work closely with the marketing team, shopper marketing team, sales and customer care teams. There will be opportunities to collaborate with some of the leading creative and strategic agencies across both Media and Creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital and social strategy across all platforms, aligning with our overall brand strategy.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Drive engagement and grow our brands social media following.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and risks, including competitor analysis.
  • Set and analyse metrics, providing regular reports on ROI and adjusting the strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, sales, and customer care teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Be the community manager for all of our social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
  • Knowledge of best practices for content creation on various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to craft compelling copy.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
