The Primary Responsibilities For This Role Are

• Achieve agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Deliver donor targets by building rapport and trust with Donors
• Adhere to all compliance and GDPR standards
• Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to Donors at their home
• Ensure expert knowledge in the charity you are representing
• Provide accurate, on time daily reports on activity and donations

Functional Responsibilities

• Represent CPM and the client in a consistently professional manner
• Daily updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
• Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as requested by your line manager

Requirements

• Life experience to give you the empathy for the needs of others.
• Previous Door to Door experience desired, but not necessary.
• Effective time management skills.
• Unshakable interpersonal amp; communication skills.
