Job Description

Tech Firefly, an established Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Business Development Account Manager to join the team. As a Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective clients, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams within the company to integrate customer needs into the delivery of the latest innovative solutions including Robotic Process Automation, cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, and Chat Bots.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Identify, initiate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Manage sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and closure dates.
  • Hold meetings and presentations with prospective clients to assess their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Uphold Tech Firefly's commitment to excellent customer service with every client interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales and customer service role in the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated experience converting leads to sales.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Managed Services or Content Moderation solutions preferred.
