CPM Ireland is currently hiring a Charity AmbassadorTeam Leader.
The purpose of this role will be to provide coaching and development for Field Sales Representatives and work as part of a Field Sales Team generating new customers on behalf of the client.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirement
- Carry out field accompaniments and 1-2-1 meetings with Field Sales Representatives as directed by Sales Manager
- Provide coaching and development for all Team members
- Manage all issues and incidents in Sales Manager’s absence
- Calling on potential customers in their homes, promoting charitable work
- Delivery of personal and Team sales targets
- Follow up where required supporting all Head Office sales processing procedures
- Work to set standards as defined by the Sales Manager
- Continuous reporting of field intelligence to ensure field opportunities are identified and grasped.
- To always ensure that you operate in an effective, efficient, and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing your company and client
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your Sales Manager
- Ensure Team are always acting compliantly
- Manage Team sales quality and compliance in support of the Sales Manager
- Establish communication with Field Sales Reps daily
- Ensure that Reps are successful in reaching/exceeding their targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure that the Sales Manager is informed of all competitive activities and operational updates from the field.
Essential:
- At least 12 month’s experience in a fast past-paced operations or administrative role
- Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Passion for ownership of a process or workstream to deliver success through autonomy
- Ability to perform in a team environment and on own initiative
- Previous experience in sales order management, processing and/or reporting
- Experience within the sales sectors, either sales based or operations/admin
- Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision
- Problem solving skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Commitment to process and account improvements through constructive critical appraisal of role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with people from all levels within an organisation

Requirements
- Delivery of client and CPM KPIs as assigned
- Identify and implement minimum one new way of working per quarter which provides efficiencies and adds value for CPM and Clients
- Support the sales Team(s) to deliver their sales targets through exceptional order processing, journey flow and connection management
