CPM Ireland, is seeking an Inside Sales - Lead Generator for a telecommunications client. As an Inside Sales - Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold-calling and lead qualification, while also maintaining relationships with existing clients. CPM creates and delivers insight-led sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies that leverage data and technology to drive sales and influence behaviors. As an integral part of our client partnerships, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and measure progress.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to execute and measure progress towards business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new areas of opportunity.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure that expectations are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with accuracy.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred, but not required.

- Basic Salary - 28,000
- Bonus - 500 per Month OTE
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
